I had a decent stay at the hotel. The room was a little smaller than expected for the price, but the service was exceptional, with friendly and warm staff who even helped me call my tour company when they were running late. The location was great for exploring Hanoi, being close to attractions but still quiet enough for a good night's sleep. The dining options were okay, but nothing extraordinary.
